Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Black Label Finish, every appointment is reserved specifically for you. We carefully plan our schedule, travel time, equipment, and service time around each booking. To keep our schedule running smoothly and provide reliable service to every client, we ask that you review the following cancellation and rescheduling policy before booking.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
24 Hours or More Before Your Appointment
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be canceled without a cancellation fee. Any refundable amount paid toward the appointment will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the terms below.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Appointment
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in the loss of your booking deposit or a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without a rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to availability and may be treated as a late cancellation.
Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit or full payment before another appointment can be reserved.
Late Arrivals & Customers Unavailability
Please make sure the vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the scheduled appointment time.
If we are unable to begin the service because the customer or vehicle is unavailable, we will attempt to contact you.
Significant delays may require the service to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on our remaining schedule.
No-Call/No-Show
Failure to be available for your scheduled appointment without contacting Black Label Finish may be considered a no-call/no-show.
No-call/no-show appointments are non-refundable, and the full scheduled service amount may be forfeited.
A new booking and payment may be required to schedule another appointment.
Weather & Unsafe Conditions
Because Black Label Finish provides mobile detailing services, weather and environmental conditions can occasionally affect our ability to safely or properly complete a service.
Appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe temperatures, lightning, flooding, high winds, or other conditions that could affect safety or service quality.
Weather-related rescheduling initiated by Black Label Finish will not result in a cancellation or rescheduling fee. Any payment already made will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations by Black Label Finish
In the rare event that Black Label Finish must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to weather, equipment issues, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible.
You will have the option to reschedule your service. If we are unable to provide the service and a suitable replacement appointment cannot be arranged, any eligible payment made for the canceled service will be refunded.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Processing times vary by bank or payment provider, so refunds may take several business days to appear on your account after they have been issued.
Completed detailing services are not refundable solely because of a change of mind. If you have a concern with a completed service, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

Booking Acknowledgment
By scheduling an appointment with Black Label Finish, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, along with our applicable Terms of Service and other booking policies.
